New products are presented in our shop every weekday. New items are presented on the front page under ”New items”.
In the upper right corner you can choose currency, all prices include VAT. The price valid is the price indicated at the time of your order.
All orders are welcome, no matter how small the amount.
Choose currency in the uper right corner (for example GBP or EUR). When you arrive at check out click the box for delivery to European country.
Cost of delivery
The cost for delivery within the EU varies, starting at about 8,50 EUR, depending on which items you buy (how big and heavy they are). For a bigger package freight cost will be between 17 - 24 EUR and for a really big and heavy package a maximum of 48 EUR (this is if you buy a lot of china for example).

Time of delivery
We send orders out on a daily basis. Normaly your order will be sent the day after we receive it (or the day after we recieve your payment). At peak season it might take a few extra days until we send out your order.
If you reserve a product that is temporarily out of stock your whole order will be sent when this item is back in stock again. If a product is temporarily out of stock this will be clearly written in the product description.
All packets are sent with the Swedish Post and will be distributed in your country by their cooperation partner.
Packages not collected or received
If a package comes back to us, we retain the right to charge you at least EUR 80 (or the accual cost), irrespective of the purchase sum, in order to cover our administrative costs, freight and return freight. Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) days from invoice date. If a package is to be sent again, we will charge you freight again in accordance with the accual cost to send it.
If any of the delivered products is damaged when you open the package. First contact your local distributer to make a claim. If you discover this when you open the package at home, contact us by e-mail, email@example.com, imidiately and we will solve this problem.
If you regret your purchase and return your order to us, you are responsible if the goods is damaged or lost.
We check all goods before it is sent out, but if any misstake occurs (damage, wrong product or amount) we kindly ask you to contact us without delay on, firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can correct our misstake. Naturally on our expence.
Always contct us first if you wish to return a product.
You are entiled to change or return a product within 14 days. Always contact us before sending back a product. The cost of sending back a product will be on your own expence.
We demand that a returned item should be unused and in its´ original packing. After recieveing the returned item we will repay you the amount of the product.
We do not allow returns of products that specially produced for you. This is also valid for antique items; for example fabrics that are cut specially for you. If you buy an entire roll you may return it.
